Do you offer commercial floor cleaning services?
Yes. Our floor care technicians are trained in carpet cleaning and hard surface flooring care, including VCT strip and wax, buffing, burnishing, and tile and grout cleaning.
What is an impact clean?
If a facility has not been cleaned properly at the start of service, we offer an initial “impact clean” to bring the building to a professional and polished condition before regular service begins.
Are your employees trained?
Yes. We provide video training on the basics of office cleaning and then train employees in the field under the supervision of experienced crew leaders.
Are your employees background checked and insured?
Yes. All employees are fully background checked. Our employees are also bonded and insured.
What safety training do you provide?
We provide safety training for employees, including OSHA-compliant safety programs. For medical and food industry clients, we also offer bloodborne pathogens training. Employees receive annual safety training covering topics such as workplace hazards, emergency preparedness, and ladder safety.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes. Total Maintenance Solution has a 1 million dollar insurance policy and bond insurance. All employees are also covered under Ohio Workers’ Compensation insurance.
